OUR STORY
Kyle and Lori are from the Cincinnati, Ohio/Northern Kentucky area. We own several properties that we rent and Homestead. Kyle is an avid golfer and Lori was a collegete swimmer. We love University of Kentucky Basketball and racing sports cars. Our passion is our Swim School, Lori's H2O Skills, where we teach children of all ages to be safe in and around the water. We had the opportunity to open a second location, Lori's H2O Skills Florida in Crestview in June 2025. So, when this property in Florida came available, we fell in love with the location and it's potential. We wanted to live here throughout the year, but also provide a beautiful vacation home for families to come to the Destin area.
Our home, located in Valpariaso, Florida is one of properties we own, live in, as well as manage.

Our home is located in Valpariaso, Florida. We are a 15 minute boat ride to Destin, Florida / Crab Island.
